Returning clients

Follow-up consults — when life moves the goalposts

Most behaviour work holds. Sometimes life shifts under it. A new baby. A house move. A different working roster. A second dog. A dog coming back from injury or surgery. The kelpie that hit eighteen months and rewrote the household rules. The shepherd whose recall slipped after one bad day at the park you can't quite put your finger on. These are not failures of the original training — they're the parts of life the original training was never going to carry on its own.

When the foundations are already in place, follow-up consults are short, fast and high-leverage. We don't start from zero. I already know your dog, your household and what works for you. An hour or two in person — or a focused online session — is usually enough to read what's changed, adjust the leadership where it needs adjusting, and put the household back on track before the new pattern locks in.

Follow-ups are available in-home for owners inside the regional SA drive radius, or online from anywhere in Australia. Most returning clients come back once or twice a year as a tune-up; some only when something specific happens. Either is fine. The work picks up where it left off.
